Day 5---Sea World

We got to Seaworld bright and early with EVERYONE ready to go!!!! It felt a little cooler than on the other days.  We started on the ride Journey to Atlantis.  It was fun, but we did get a little wet.  One of my biggest pet peeves is getting wet.  I just don't really love it at all.  It is highly overrated.  I need to always remember to bring a poncho.  Spencer and Matt both didn't want to go with us, go figure.

The exhibits and shows at Seaworld are the best of the best.  They have always been one of my favorites.  Btw, Spencer side stepped every picture I took.  How does he do that?

Everyone wanted to go the Ship wrecked rapids ride except Spencer and I.  It was getting a little windy and I had already gotten wet in the morning. 

We ended our day with the Sea Lions Live. I love the sea lions, but the guy who started the show was a complete hoot!  I don't think I have been to a sillier show.

 We ended the day going to a restaurant we had received a gift card too.  Yummy food and great people to talk with = FUN!!!!   It is amazing how quick vacations go by.

Day 4---San Diego zoo!

The flu bug is going around.  Today, Coby and Spencer both had it. We had planned to go to Sea World today, but both Coby and Spencer both wanted to go.  We also didn't feel like going to Disneyland again after the huge crowds so we decided to go to the San Diego Zoo.  This is my favorite zoo hands down.  With our passes we had unlimited passes of the bus tour and the monorail.  It was fun to have the tour of the zoo on the ground and up in the air.   The weather was perfect.  I don't think I ever put my jacket on. 

After the zoo we stopped by the San Diego temple. It is one of the most gorgeous temple (alright, I do say that about a lot of them).  They had a beautiful light display of the Nativity and awesome white light everywhere!

Day 3----Disneyland minus Matt :(

At night at Disneyland.  For some reason these pictures got kind of scrambled around.  This picture is after at least 7 hours of being at Disneyland.

Cute Kara and you can also seem some of the amazing lights that they have displayed for Christmas time.

After we got off the Buzz light year ride where we waited for 90 minutes.  There was some fun people watching there.

On Tuesday, December 27th we headed to Disneyland along with a hundred thousand of our closest friends.  The whole time I kept thinking how glad I was that Matt didn't come with us. You see he was feeling pretty sick and he hates long lines and any ride that is fast paced, like a roller coaster.  He likes to feel in control and these kinds of rides really don't do it for him.  I was just grateful that he didn't have to be around so many people!!!!!!  I don't mind being around a bunch of people and the rest of my children are the same way, except Spencer.  He hates crowds too.  So he didn't really like this day at Disneyland, but the rest of us really liked it. Luckily, it wasn't our only day there!

Our camera was on blurry when we started. Luckily, Coby fixed it so not every picture was blurry. I don't know what I would do if my kids weren't so dang tech savvy, because honestly, I am just not that good!  Spencer is lacking in many pictures.  For some reason he doesn't like to be photographed as much.  He told me that

What Colton likes to do as he waits in line.  Coby reads books,  Spencer and I get on our phone, and I also read a couple books on my nook too!

I never buy some of the expensive pictures they take of you and your party riding on rides, but I do like to try to snap a picture of theirs, unfortunately they don't always turn out.
