I entered another challenge the day after I ended my 1st challenge. This one is a little different and at least for right now, it fits my needs much better since I would be really stretching things.
And after four weeks I am at 1st place and the next closet person is 3 points behind me. Too bad I picked the challenge that gives less money to the 1st place winner. I was actually 1st place on the 1st challenge (along with 4 other people) until the 4th week so I am going to try to be so good.
I have worked so hard to lose weight and it has been as slow as possible. But I am just slowly keeping at it!!! Below are the some of the pick 6, you can choose from. Thanks Adrianne for letting me know about this challenge!!!

You will be officially entered after you have paid your money and posted your goals on our Facebook page.
All
points you have earned from Monday morning until Sunday night must be
messaged to me through Facebook by Monday morning at 9:00 am(if you
started your weight loss on Monday morning rather than Sunday, you have
time to weigh yourself before turning in your points for the week.) If
you turn in your points on time every week, you will be entered in a
drawing for a prize at the end of the contest.
Choose 6 items
to track:
Drink 64 oz of water/day
Eat 5 Fruits or Veggies per day
Lose
weight (2 points per half pound lost from your last weeks weigh in with
a max of 8 points/week. So if you choose this item, weigh yourself on
Sunday, Feb 17 and determine your points by weighing yourself on Sunday,
Feb 24)
Determine a protein goal for the day (to make sure you get
enough)
30 min of exercise
30 min of strength or flexibility training
Minimum of 7 hours of sleep
Set a calorie burn goal (for those with a
Bodybugg) 10,000 steps/day
No sweets for the day Stop eating by 8:00 pm
Make a calorie goal and keep within that goal for the day
Floss your
teeth
No Soda for the day
Make a personal time limit to your technology
use per day
Read something uplifting, 20 min per day
Try to
remember this is not about winning but getting yourself motivated to
make healthy choices so choose things that will challenge you. Each goal
is worth 1 pt per day except the weight loss goal. You can exercise for
more than 30 min in one day for multiple points. None of the 1pt/day
goals can exceed 7 points/week (even exercise) and since we need a
little wiggle room, you can't get more than 40 points in a week so you
have an excuse to relax a little. (Otherwise, a perfect week would be 42
points or 43 if you choose the weight loss goal.)
After 3 weeks,
we will have a chance to change our goals. For example, if you are sick
of tracking your calories and want to switch to something else, feel
free.
I've decided that no matter how many people join, the first
place prize will not be more than $50. Since everyone will be choosing
their own goals, I don't want people to get too crazy about making
things even and worrying about a big prize. I'll split the remaining
money among the other top participants and will offer a raffle prize to
anyone who turns in their points on time every week.

Lots of rules on this one. Guess who threw in the towel on week 2? We're still going strong but 30 min a day sounds a lot easier than 60. Keep up the good work, you're almost there we got $15 more is all
